Chatters Canada recently hosted its fourth annual Stylist Connection and Makeover Challenge Competition in partnership with Redken 5th Avenue, NYC. This national event attracted Chatters stylists from British Columbia to Newfoundland. The Makeover Challenge Competition has grown substantially from 59 entries and 270 attendees in 2008, to 218 entries and 439 attendees in 2012.

The LOOK ULTRA IRON, Model 5519930, was recently updated and sold with a new package design (as pictured below). The updated version of the LOOK ULTRA IRON, Model 5519930 features a 30 Minute Auto

Shut Off function, which is advertised on the back of the packaging. It has recently come to our attention that a small number of the older model iron were incorrectly packaged in the new box design. These older model irons do not have the 30 Minute Auto Shut Off function installed. If you purchased a LOOK ULTRA IRON, Model 5519930, between July 1, 2009 and November 9, 2009, and the 30 Minute Auto Shut Off function is not working, then you may return the iron to your nearest Chatters or Green Apple Hair Shoppe at your convenience for exchange or store credit of equivalent value.
